X-Men: Dark Phoenix: Michael Fassbender REVEALS if Magneto will be able to lift Thor's Stormbreaker
Michael Fassbender was asked during a media interaction if he thinks Magneto will be able to lift or control Thor's Stormbreaker. Read below to know what the Oscar-nominated actor had to say on the same.
X-Men: Dark Phoenix is the lastest and probably the last installment from the beloved X-Men franchise. Whether it be Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy as Magneto and Professor X or even Jennifer Lawrence and Sophie Turner as Mystique and Jean Grey, we have come to know and love these characters, over the years. Magneto especially is amongst the strongest mutants with an affinity for anything metal and we can't help but wonder how the scenario would be if the Avengers meet the X-Men.
During a media interaction in South Korea for which Pinkvilla was a part of, an interesting question was asked to Michael regarding his character Magneto. Fassbender was quizzed if he believes Magneto has the powers to lift or control Thor's Stormbreaker. To this, Michael quipped, "It's a hammer! What sort of exotic metal is that hammer? It comes through the universe. I would say yes. Why not? Yes." Given the Disney and Fox acquisition, we can't help but picture a movie with Avengers and X-Men working side by side, or even against each other.

Furthermore, when we asked the Oscar-nominated actor, whose superpowers he would like to have from the X-Men squad, Michael revealed, "I would go for Mystique because it would seem like fun being able to shapeshift."
